How to Make It

Fill each pocket with stuffing and secure with a toothpick.

Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high and sear the chops 3 minutes per side.

Transfer to the oven and bake 18 to 20 minutes until the chops reach 145°F.

Rest 5 minutes, then remove the toothpicks and serve.
