METHOD
Why It Works

Simple layering makes this effortless.

Quick Fixes

Granola going soggy: Add granola right before eating, not when assembling ahead.

Too sweet: Use plain yogurt and adjust honey to taste — a small squeeze of lemon zest also brightens it.

Ingredients

Protein

2 cups Yogurt (Greek, plain or vanilla)

Topping

1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
½ cup granola

Seasoning

2 tsp honey

How to Make It

1

Spoon a layer of yogurt into the bottom of a glass or bowl.

2

Add a layer of fresh blueberries on top of the yogurt.

3

Sprinkle a layer of granola over the blueberries.

4

Drizzle honey over the top.

5

Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate up to 4 hours. Add granola just before serving to keep it crunchy.

Store

Store parfait components separately in airtight containers for up to 3 days.
