3 Garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp Lemon juice

Salt, to taste

2 tbsp Unsalted Butter

How to Make It

Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and season with salt.

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the garlic and cook 30–60 seconds until fragrant, stirring constantly.

Add the shrimp in a single layer. Cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove from heat as soon as they curl into a C-shape.

Squeeze lemon juice over the shrimp and toss to coat.

Serve immediately over pasta, rice, or crusty bread, with extra lemon on the side.
