Tender seared steak bites tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce in 10 minutes.
Avo's Tip
Do not overcook past medium.
Different cut? Ribeye is richer; flank or skirt steak needs less time since it's thinner.
No butter? Ghee has a higher smoke point and adds a nuttier flavor.
No fresh rosemary? ½ tsp dried rosemary or dried thyme substitutes well.

Quick Fixes
Steak steaming instead of searing: Work in batches — don't crowd the pan. High, dry heat is what creates the crust.
Overcooked: Small bites cook in 2–3 minutes total. Pull them the moment they're browned on the outside.
Garlic burning: Add butter and garlic after removing steak from heat, then toss the bites back in off the flame.
